Robert Hill, Ed.D.
President of the Board
Dr. Robert Hill is the President of Water Solutions Group, Inc., providing directional oversight and vision for the organization.
Robert was born and raised in San Marcos, Texas, where he achieved national recognition in debate and science fair competition as a high school student. As an eagle scout he pursued his personal interests as an outdoor enthusiast and leader. His early leadership experience came from serving as a missionary in both Western and Eastern Europe. A pioneer at heart, he went on to plant three large churches in Texas prior to coming to Virginia to attend Regent University.
While living in Chesapeake, Virginia, Dr. Hill accepted the Senior Pastorate of New Life Christian Fellowship and led its growth from 150 to over 2,500 in six years as he established 7 congregations using a non-traditional multiplying model. During that same period, Bobby graduated from Regent University with an MA in Practical Theology and later completed his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in North Miami, FL. His academic activities have included serving Regent University as an Adjunct Professor in Divinity, Business, and Leadership Studies, Executive Director and instructor at Calvary Leadership Institute and a guest lecturer at other institutions.
His success in starting and managing nonprofit organizations with budgets over $3 million and capital projects exceeding $7million make Dr. Hill a popular speaker and consultant in many fields. Dr. Hill travels extensively, teaching, training, and consulting in organizations across the United States as well as more than 40 countries. His heart is to identify, train, and mobilize leaders to impact their world. He is currently serving as the Founder and International Director of Vanguard Ministries and he leads The Hill Consulting Group that provides training, consulting, mentoring and coaching for nonprofit organizations and their managers. He is broadly recognized as a seasoned leader with expertise in personal mastery subjects, organizational behavior and global leadership studies. Bobby has authored numerous articles and his first book is soon to be released.
Married for 31 years to Carrie, he resides in the Tidewater area of Virginia and has two married sons and three grandchildren. Bobby and his family loves travel, golf, boating and watersports.
Jessica Brockett
Executive Director
Jessica Brockett has served as the Executive Director of Water Solutions Group since 2020. In her role, Jessica provides oversight for the implementation of all organizational objectives and grant deliverables, managing relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure optimal results.
Jessica has a solid background and proven track record of effective communication and relationship management, developing/implementing processes and streamlining systems for the purpose of meeting organizational goals. Her background includes project management, teaching and curriculum development and budget/finance management.
Jessica resides in the Tidewater area of Virginia with her husband and two children.
